Shipping & Returns

Psalmfolk is print-on-demand through Printful. Nothing sits in our closet. Your order is sent to production after checkout, then fulfilled from Printful facilities in the United States and Europe, usually the location closest to you.

US shipping is $4.95 flat, free on orders of $75 or more. One shipment covers the whole order.

Canada shipping is shown at checkout.

Printful’s published average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days to print and pack an order. After that, transit depends on destination and the standard service used at checkout:

• US standard shipping is often about 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Door to door is commonly about 5–9 business days.
• EU and other international standard shipping is often 5–20 business days after fulfillment.

Holidays, stock, and carrier delays can stretch that. We do not guarantee a delivery date. Current Printful figures live at printful.com/shipping.

When Printful ships, tracking is sent to the email used at Stripe Checkout. Tax is calculated at checkout.

These are custom printed goods. We do not take buyer-remorse returns of worn or unwanted items, and we do not restock a shirt that has already been made for you. Wrong size or a change of mind is not a Printful reprint.

If the piece arrives defective, misprinted, or Printful lost or damaged it in transit, write us promptly at hello@psalmfolk.com with your order email, what arrived, and clear photos when you have them. Printful reviews quality and lost-package claims (typically within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date). When they accept the claim, we replace or refund.
